But if you are looking for that personal touch with custom made features, including made to measure and personalization, all you have to do is click the customize tab and follow the simple prompts. During the process, you would be given several options for the garment style and asked to provide your measurements which you can do with the help of a tape measure and by following our easy guide. It is also recommended but totally optional, to take the help of a friend to help you with measuring your body.

We normally ship within 2 days since the order, including the custom made garments. The shipping itself takes 10-15 days depending on the country and the shipping service requested.

As we ship the garment within 2 business days, it is crucial for us to know of any change at the earliest for our team to action accordingly. Also, please mention the order number in any request for the amendment.

All our products are designed in Australia and all most all of them are made in India by a small group of skilled cutter masters and tailors. Some accessories like cufflinks and tie pins could be made in China.

It is very common for shirts ordered some time apart from each other to feel a bit different.

Any natural fabric like cotton do shrink over time as the garments are washed. This process is subtle and hard to be noticed as the percentage of shrinkage is minimal. Compare to a brand new shirt, the old shirt is worn and washed multiple times and hence feels different.

How do I wash and care Ritz garments?

Most of our garments can be machine washed.

Unbutton the whole shirt and remove the collar stays from the shirt collar before putting it into the washing machine.

White and light colour garments can be washed with warm water but darker colours are best washed with cold.

Please remove any stain from the garment using a good quality suitable stain remover before wash.

Dry cleaning is recommended only when it is required, may be once or twice a year.

Please do not bleach or use harmful detergents that contain chlorine.

After the wash, try to dry the garment by keeping it flat. In the case of a shirt, try to put the shirt on a hanger and hang it on the clothing line.

Avoid harsh direct sunlight and try to turn the garment inside out for drying.

Use suitable temperature for ironing the respective garment. Only iron when the garment is totally or almost dry.
