Duration:

We normally ship within 2 days since the day we receive the order, including the custom made garments. The shipping itself takes 8-12 days depending on the country and the shipping service requested.

Tracking:

All items shipped have tracking and can easily be tracked by going to your order history or by visiting the website of our delivery partner DHL Express (except for the PO Box Deliveries that we ship through local postal service with trackin) and inserting the tracking number in the ‘tracking your item’ field.

Please note that for the deliveries, any customs duties, taxes, and import fees associated with the order(s) are the responsibility of the customer. We kindly ask that you familiarize yourself with the applicable regulations and fees for your country to avoid any unexpected charges upon delivery.
